Thanks to Covid and the subsequent isolation/quarantine/social life shutdown, It’s a new world out there when it comes to dating and relationships.

Know it / Own It / Show It
- Expectations have changed
- You’re rusty
- Maybe not the best version of yourself
- People are way more hypersensitive politically, socially, world view…exposed fear patterns
